StockMatch

Privacy Policy

We collect your sign-in email address and account identifier through AWS Cognito. Your password is sent directly to Cognito and is not stored in the mobile app. You may optionally provide your name and business profile details to personalize setup.

Invoice photos, invoice files, parsed invoice line items, and connected point-of-sale inventory data are sent to and processed by your organization's StockMatch backend so you can review matches and apply confirmed inventory updates.

Your sign-in session, appearance preference, setup progress, and AI processing permission are stored locally on your device. Invoice reviews are saved to StockMatch's servers so your queue can be restored across sessions and devices. Temporary upload files may remain in the app's cache.

StockMatch uses AWS Cognito for authentication. RevenueCat processes your account identifier and purchase history to verify App Store and Google Play subscriptions. Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When AI parsing is needed, uploaded invoice images, text, and any personal information they contain are shared with Anthropic to extract line items. Rule-chat messages and relevant mapping-rule context are also shared with Anthropic to draft rules. The mobile app asks permission before these uploads or rule-chat requests; reset that permission from Account.

Optional campaign tags and setup activity help StockMatch understand its own signup and activation flows. Manage campaign consent from Account → Get started & campaign privacy. The app has no advertising or crash-reporting SDK and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your data.

Camera access is used only to photograph an invoice you choose to capture. Photo library access is used only to select an invoice image you choose to upload.

Support

Active trials, Growth, and Multi-location plans include mobile access; Starter is web-only. App Store subscriptions are available in the app. Website purchase and signup links are shown only for the United States App Store storefront.

Deleting your account

Account → Delete account permanently deletes your sign-in and personal StockMatch data. Shared business records remain with your organization, and required financial records are retained. Direct Stripe subscriptions are canceled during deletion. Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately with the store to prevent future charges.
